1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery (for Brazilian customers, in accordance with consumer protection law) and within 14 days for international customers.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • No signs of damage or wear

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care products opened after delivery

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer:

  • Full refund
