Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
At Glow Men, we are committed to delivering quality products and a transparent shopping experience.
Due to the nature of our dropshipping business model, exchanges are limited and subject to specific conditions.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and specifications before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

The item received is defective

The item was damaged during transit

The customer received the wrong product
To request an exchange, you must contact us within:

7 days of delivery (Brazil)

14 days of delivery (international orders)
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused

In original condition and packaging

With no signs of wear or misuse

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers must provide:

Order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Failure to provide visual proof may result in denial of the request.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer exchanges in the following cases:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Change of mind

Minor color variations due to screen differences

Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
Example:
If a customer orders the wrong size, the exchange request will not be approved. The customer may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Exchange Process
Once the request is approved:

We may send a replacement item at no additional product cost

In some cases, we may issue a refund instead of an exchange
Because products may ship directly from international suppliers, return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Glow Men reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is the most appropriate solution.
6. Processing Time
After approval:

Replacement orders are processed within 3–7 business days
